BBQ on the Glatt river - an evening with friends

A cosy sun and summer evening on the Glatt, in the midst of friends and just like home. The Riverside crew opens its two kitchens - Asian and classic - and presents a combined BBQ variant on the beautiful sun terrace. Quasi a fusion of the two culinary themes, together under one sky (or as they say: under one roof). In the background, our DJ mixes cool sound and accompanies the cosy and chilling evening.

This is our new event at Riverside on Friday, 30 June 2023!

Different Food Corner
Fresh salads at the salad bar combined with fine grilled wild-caught shrimps, edible landscapes from the Zürcher Unterland and everything the Rafz soils have to offer, fine churasca from veal picanha, paella vegetable pan, American pulled pork with BBQ sauce or crispy spare ribs from herb pigs and Thai flavour (the Thai secret par excellence), chicken thighs with lemongrass sauce and much, much more.
