I would like to take this opportunity to give my feedback:

Reception: very friendly and helpful staff
Restaurant service: friendly and attentive
Dinner: excellent (but portions too large)
Rooms: very clean, well-kept and spacious (bathroom with glass walls took some getting used to)
To summarise: the Riverside is a flagship for Swiss tourism
