Carmela Inauen’s works are on display at Riverside from now until the end of the year. In her studio, housed in an old Appenzell mill, she creates timeless art that honours traditions whilst boldly breaking new ground. Her works celebrate the beauty of the unassuming. One of her hallmarks is painting on coarse jute sacks. On 31 October, she invites you to the exhibition opening. Stroll through the gallery over a cup of coffee and enjoy some fresh pastries from our bakery. Do also take the opportunity to have the artist’s new art calendar signed. In the evening, there will be a buffet reception with a musical performance.
