We had the pleasure of spending two wonderful days at your venue last week, as part of a retreat and a training day, and would like to express our sincere thanks for the smooth organisation and the warm hospitality we received.
- The seminar rooms and their facilities were excellent and provided the ideal conditions for our work.
- We were very impressed by the lunch on Thursday, as well as the delicious dinner at Thaigarden.
The rooms were also spacious, modernly furnished, extremely clean and pleasantly quiet; nothing was lacking.
- A special compliment goes to the service staff at both the Kesselhaus and the Thaigarden: always attentive, friendly, with a smile and a touch of humour – we really felt welcome there.
- The breakfast buffet, with its selection of fresh breads, meat, cheese and fruit, was also excellent and ensured a great start to the day.
- At lunch on Friday, we found the choice of the salmon menu a little bold for a larger group; a meat dish would probably have gone down better here. Dinner on Friday, however, was excellent, particularly the generous portion of meat.
- One minor criticism concerns the pumpkin soup, which was served at both lunch and dinner; we would have liked a bit more variety here.
- The aperitif in the bowling bar, with its appetisers, was a lovely way to start and end the evening, and Melanie’s service was rated as top-notch by everyone.
- Finally, we would like to highlight the exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel complex – truly remarkable.
We would like to thank you once again for the excellent service and the brilliant organisation; we felt completely at home.
