BBQ on the Glatt river - an evening with friends

A cosy sun and summer evening on the Glatt, in the midst of friends and just like home. The Riverside crew opens its two kitchens - Asian and classic - and presents a combined BBQ variant on the beautiful sun terrace. Quasi a fusion of the two culinary themes, together under one sky (or as they say: under one roof). In the background, our DJ mixes cool sound and accompanies the cosy and chilling evening.

 

This is our BBQ event - edition 2 - on Friday, 28 June 2024.


A street food festival awaits you with a variety of delicacies at our food corner on the entire terrace. And if it's a street food festival, then it should have the same feeling as in the big city. You reserve the number of people and enjoy the food and drink at the corners.

Cuisine

Salad creations at the salad bar
Various mixed raw vegetable salads and colourful leaf salads, a selection of toppings and a nut and seed mix
Grilled antipasti vegetables as well as various oils and dressings and a mixed selection of home-baked breads

Served with meat and fish skewers

 

The BBQ classic, fresh from the charcoal grill
Here we grill fine beef on the charcoal grill and slice it fresh for you
and serve pork spare ribs, which are gently cooked for several hours beforehand, as well as
Pulled beef burger with coleslaw and mild mustard sauce
served with mac and cheese, homemade country cuts, oven vegetables and various sauces and dips

 

Pasta mama style
Fresh maccheroni from our local egg supplier, tossed in fine olive oil from Zakros (Greece) and served in a whole Parmesan loaf.

Served with various pestos and grated Parmesan cheese as well as herb salt and pepper for seasoning

 

The Indian variation of the BBQ
Our Thai chefs can also cook Indian food and grill chicken thigh steaks with their homemade marinade and paneer cheese

at this food corner you will also find vegetarian pakoras vegetables baked in chickpea flour with mint yoghurt, dal soup (tomato and lentil soup with naan butter), alu palak (creamed spinach and tomato sauce with potatoes) and mild Indian curry

served with fragrant rice, mango chutney and yoghurt

And the sweet at the end
