Immerse yourself in the world of gin and distill your own gin with distiller Hans Erismann. It is a journey like through a herb garden: You determine the botanicals, taste different distillates and mix your gin with juniper, citrus, liquorice, pepper and various herbs. Then a master distiller is appointed and you and each participant can take home a bottle (0.5l) of your own gin at the end. Get to know the art of distilling and the cozy warmth of the distillery ports at first hand at our partner, the distillery Erismann in Bülach.

On request, Hans Erismann also comes to us at the Riverside and you mix your gin in our house in one of our seminar rooms (without distilling) and give the gin the right touch in the final processing.
